A lendendary name
Cadog is named after one of the greatest Welsh saints from the 6th century, Cadog the Wise, who was both a monk and a king. Legend would have it that he was brave, generous had magical powers, and was a successful dairy farmer!
Cadog was launched in February 2004 and is produced by the Welsh farmer members of the UK's leading dairy farmers cooperative, Dairy Farmers of Britain. Each week Dairy Farmers of Britain markets nearly 40 million litres of raw milk and sell milk on the doorstep to more than 750,000 households across England and Wales.
